maple 'n bacon pancake cupcakes!

this was a fun one to try!  maple pancake cupcakes with bits of bacon and maple syrup drizzled on top. :)  next time, i might try adding little bacon pieces to the batter.  i took these to work for a breakfast social and they did very well!

almond, strawberry, chocolate, oh my!.. (and maybe some lemon too!)

here are some minis and regular size cupcakes i took to work for people to sample.. needless to say, they did not last long! :P  i even got a few orders out of it!  smart move, oh yeah! ;)

i made these for a birthday at work.. they went over so well! she said they are her favorite of mine that she's tasted... guess i'll have to make them more often! ;)

i wanted to make cupcakes for my friends birthday, but i wanted to do something different than the usual "birthday" cake/cupcakes.. she is a fan of tequila lol.. and margaritas, so i came up with the idea for margarita cupcakes!

my name is natalie and i love cupcakes. :)

i'm starting this to keep track of the cupcakes i make and hopefully expand to a cupcake shop.

so, to introduce myself, here's a picture and a few facts:

i am 25 years old (almost 26!) and have a huge passion for all things cupcakes! :) so much so, i just got a cupcake tattoo on my foot! true dedication, i tell you!

i've always loved to bake, but opening a cupcake shop just seems like the right option for me.  i really want to try out unique flavors to set myself apart from the rest of the cupcake frenzy!

i'm so excited to see where this can go!
